I was a little disappointed at first but it was worth the wait. I went from an SUV to a Mini Countryman and can't believe the difference. I feel safer in this car than the SUV...it drives like a tank and follows curves perfectly.     "I live in Wichita Ks. approx. 200 miles from KC. (a three hour drive). I needed to have my car serviced and a couple of additional items looked at while my mini was in the shop. We were able to set an appointment for 10:30, we arrived at Baron's at 10:32. Jeff Oatney and Isaac Nichols meet us, got us checked in and we reviewed the various issues about the car. I was concerned that they might not be able to complete the work required and that I would have to make another trip back to KC for a follow up appointment. I asked Jeff to keep me posted along the way so could be in a position to head back home if all the work was competed. Baron provided my wife and I with a mini to use while our car was being service so we were able to have a nice lunch and get a little Christmas shopping in on our trip. Jeff called several times to advise us as to their progress. Things went well and on his last call which was around 3:30 he said everything was finished and that he had us ready to get back on the road. The guys really worked hard to accommodate us and meet our schedules. Their attitudes were great and it gives us a good feeling about during business with Baron's.
