Ric's Bio:

I was born in Springfield, MO but soon thereafter moved to the KC metro area where I spent my formative years. My Customer Service skills and affable character was formed by the 25 years in the sales and marketing side of the grocery business. My journey to MINI land began 5 years ago as a Client Advisor for BMW when lightening struck and I saw the opportunity to bring MINI brand to life here at Baron. I couldn't have done it without my Motoring Advisors!

When not at work, Ric spends time with his wife and his two children; one in college and one in high school. His outside interests include golf and the outdoors. Many have said he should be in radio because of his distinctive voice. Come on in and say hello!

Aaron's Bio:

My name is Aaron Mumma and I have been with Baron for four years and in the automotive business for 8 yrs. I’m from Smallville, Nebraska where I developed most of my personalities and grew up later in K.C. I’m a professional drummer who has toured with and opened for such great acts as large as Aerosmith. I co-write and record music for television and also tour with a Christian country rock artist doing ministry work who has won many Dove awards. My turn offs are bad drivers and women who only want me for my looks and money. Baron MINI takes pride in giving our customers the best experience possible and strives for absolute customer care and satisfaction. Why else would a rock star want to work here unless if it’s the best?

MaryAnn's Bio:

"I am from Alabama but have lived in Kansas City since 1993 and loved every minute of this beautiful Metro area. I have been in the car business for about 6 years and just love it. I love to sew and my specialty is making baby bedding using lots of textures and colors. I love to decorate and make draperies, table cloths, etc. to make a room complete."

Well…I was born in Philadelphia, moved to Chicago, Indiana, Kentucky and have lived here in Johnson County since 1981. I have been in the car business for 8 years in both service and now sales. My interests are: Traveling, skiing and deep sea fishing.
